Councilman Kyle Taylor has been a champion for responsible for business development and economic growth throughout the city, financial transparency, and is a representative for all planning ahead for the future of Irving.
With the spirit and heart to continue serving the community, Kyle was successfully re-elected by Irving residents in 2022.
Prior to being elected to City Council in 2016, Kyle was actively promoting Irving and lending a helping hand to anyone in need. Kyle has served on the Board of Directors for the Irving Heritage Society, is a current member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce, and council liaison to the Irving Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors.
As a professional, Kyle serves as the CEO of Irving Cares - a non-profit that gives a hand-up to those who are in need. Irving Cares has helped families with food and housing assistance, and has helped individuals further their education and receive their GED.
Kyle and his wife Cindy live in Central Irving.
